Is unnatural food safe to eat for your body?

Many people know that eating junk food is very unhealthy for your body. Still, there is a lot of consumption of unhealthy food.

But the question is, why is junk food consumed on a daily basis when everyone knows that it's totally harmful for your health?

Junk food is mostly eaten because the taste of this food activates your food receptors. When your food receptors are activated, you demand for more tasty food. This, in return, harms your body as junk food contains a lot of chemicals and preservatives to keep the food fresh for a long time.

"One day, a man bought a burger to eat. He kept it in his coat pocket and forgot about the burger, completely. One year later, he found this burger inside his coat pocket. Instead of getting rotten, this burger was the same as when he had bought it."

This shows that junk food doesn't get rotted as it has many harsh stabilizers present in it to keep it fresh for a very long time.

Fatty foods can block the arteries of your heart and can stop the blood flowing, hence, blocking your heart and giving you a heart attack.

Burgers, soft drinks, ice creams, chips, etc... are highly fatty foods and are often consumed by people.

Drinks like, soft drinks, and other fatty acids and fast foods are highly poisonous and cancerous. Hence, these foods shouldn't be consumed and we should stick to natural foods that nature has given us. We should never discriminate food by its taste. We should eat food only when we research about it and when we know is benefits for health.
